LRE was developed as an investment alternative in which investment grade rarities are pooled into funds and traded in fractional shares to the public. These funds are then managed by well-known financial institutions, regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission, and made available to the common investor in a form similar to that of a mutual fund, stock, bond or other investment vehicle.
LRE's Board of Governance is an autonomous committee in charge of setting and enforcing standards, approving new funds, ensuring secure storage of assets, and maintaining a climate of full disclosure and transparency.
